The rooms are clean and big enough. Modern but very simple rooms. Good bathroom. Good facilities if your looking for a cheap place to stay and want to cook yourself..

We found a small but cozy room for a couple, with nice little bathroom. Close to the city center and with parking place, making it a great budget option for a weekend. Only if there were power outlets in places we can actually use them :D

Very nice and clean place, newly refurbished and fresh. Large kitchen and dining area with a play area for kids. About 5 min. walk from a center od Karpacz. Rooms could be slightly bigger. We didn't have a wardrobe in our room and it caused chaos cos we had to keep everything in our laguage. I had an impression that 4 beds were squized in bedroom for 3 people. Reasonable prices. Overall we are happy with our stay and I can recommend it.

Communication in English or German was hard with the staff. But other than that a fine place for little money to stay over. Breakfast is not included. You have to get your own shopping and make breakfast in the common small dining room..

Lack of soap in the rooms. Due to the shared kitchen I don't think it's very suitable for the visit with friends, as the kitchen is occupied by families with small children. Which can be a plus for some..
